- Josie Sawyer Review added: 2018.03.31★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My friend went to them to get her hair from a faded golden blonde to a pretty copper red colour some time ago and after being extremely happy with it, and the service, payed them 90 pounds. After washing her hair JUST ONCE after getting the done the colour completely washed out and went back to the same faded blonde.
The copper managed to stay on the very top of her head but besides that went completely back to how it was. Awful to charge so much for such unprofessionalism.
Shes not one to complain or demand a refund but I managed to get her to post a review to their fb which they never answered. If these people had any decency they would have contacted her and offered her a refund as 90 pounds is a lot of money to spend on a colour that immediately washed out.
Inexcusable behaviour.
